    The NW Ohio Corn-Soybean Day will cover relevant topics to help farmers prepare for the upcoming production season. Private and commercial credits as well as CCA credits will be offered. Topics include drainage for soil health, corn nematodes, farmer attitudes and behaviors in the WLEB, pigweed management, farm bill decisions and core/fumigation updates.

    This annual event provides education topics including economic outlook for commodity crops including corn, soybeans and wheat; Farm Bill updates and decision making tools; weed management in soybeans, and grain handling and grain bin best management practices.  This program can provide recertification credits, see flyer for details on this, along with the speakers and topics being offered.  The event includes a light dinner and door prizes.   In the event of inclement weather, go to PUTNAM.OSU.EDU for cancellation information.
